That&#8217;s why we didn\u2019t want to miss this opportunity to present our sea bass in Japan and&nbsp;<strong>were only too pleased to collaborate in the organisation of the Madrid Fusion Atelier Kyoto event<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;This is a conference that is also very much in line with our international expansion strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/354a83e3-a452-474f-9bc0-e95706499040-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19593\" style=\"width:808px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/354a83e3-a452-474f-9bc0-e95706499040-980x735.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/354a83e3-a452-474f-9bc0-e95706499040-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>JAPANESE-MEDITERRANEAN FUSION WITH AN EYE TO THE SEA<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second edition of the\u00a0<strong>Spain Fusion<\/strong>\u00a0event\u00a0<strong>in Japan<\/strong>\u00a0took place at The Tokyo Tonaromon Edition hotel.\u00a0<strong>It was a meeting point between Spanish agri-food producers and national distributors and potential domestic buyers<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>The most original aspect of this event was the combination of a more commercial area with a programme of informative talks and guided tastings.<\/strong>\u00a0All of this was led by leading chefs and professionals in the sector. This event was organised together with Foods&amp;Wines from Spain, the division of ICEX Espa\u00f1a Exportaci\u00f3n e Inversiones and Vocento gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"511\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Diseno-sin-titulo-3-1024x511.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19598\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Diseno-sin-titulo-3-1024x511.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Diseno-sin-titulo-3-980x489.png 980w, https:\/\/www.aquanaria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Diseno-sin-titulo-3-480x240.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Madrid Fusion Atelier Kyoto<\/strong>, meanwhile, was held at the iconic venue of the Ritz Carlton Hotel.\u00a0<strong>The main theme of this year&#8217;s edition focused on gastronomy with a special nod to the sea.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Oceanographers and environmental scientists, fishers, fishmongers and craftsmen were all invited to give presentations.<\/strong>\u00a0In the\u00a0<strong>gastronomic<\/strong>\u00a0presentations\u00a0<strong>on from a Spanish perspective, chefs of the stature of Ricard Camarena (Ricard Camarena Restaurant** ), Javier Olleros (Culler de Pau**), Albert Raurich (Dos Palillos*)<\/strong>\u00a0were present.<strong>\u00a0Locally-based chefs included Yoshihiro Murata (Kikunoi**) Yoshihiro Narisawa (Narisawa*), the Italian Luca Fantin (chef at Bulgari Tokyo), and Koji Minemura (Ao Restaurant, Tokyo).<\/strong>\u00a0The common thread throughout the presentations was the growing interest in the origin of products, the preservation of natural resources and environments, and the treatment of raw materials from origin to table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>AQUANARIA SEA BASS TRIUMPHS IN ASIA<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aquanaria sea bass was the centre of attention over the three days of the event.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Attendees were able to taste numerous raw sushi dishes prepared by several collaborating sushi chefs<\/strong>.
