The culinary world sets its sights on Madrid Fusión

Spain’s unmissable culinary event is right around the corner. Madrid will become the global culinary capital on28, 29 and 30 January at the Municipal Convention Centre, which will be hosting a new edition of Reale Insurance Madrid FusiónAnd of course, Aquanaria simply has to be there.

We will be on hand to present our Great Atlantic Sea Bass to the sector, the Aquanaria sea bass which has become the first choice of chefs thanks to its unique characteristics.

Madrid Fusión has been held since 2003, becoming a flagship institution for haute cuisine around the world, with chefs from every corner of the globe eager to take part.

There will be a chance to enjoy the reflections of over 100 chefs, with more than 60 live technical demonstrations, a range of 21 training workshops, along with 15 competitions, auctions and awards, including the Chef of the Year, the 17th Edition of the Best Newcomer Award, and the 2nd Edition of the Best New Pastry Chef Award.

This multicultural event is divided into two conventions discussing the future roadmap for haute cuisine: Environment, energy efficiency, human relations, uberisation, new technologies, recycling…

The fact is that this trade fair brings together not only the products of the leading food and drink brands from all round the world, but also the ideas of internationally renowned chefs and restaurants.

At Aquanaria we are getting ourselves ready… We will have a spectacular standwhere we will be showcasing all the secrets of the Great Atlantic Sea Bass. Over the 3 days of the trade fair we will be giving visitors the chance to try a number of recipes made using Aquanaria sea bass. And we will also have two first-class chefs on hand: Enrique Valentí, from the restaurant Marea Alta and Julian Mármol, from Yugo The Bunker, who recently received a Michelin Star and will be giving a presentation on „SEA BASS“.
